• Switching between Wi-Fi and 4G mode requires physically toggling the switch on the unit; it cannot be changed remotely via the app.

Wi-Fi Router Compatibility: While the device works flawlessly with standard home routers, networks with high-security firewalls (e.g., Hotels, Corporate Networks, 4G Hotspots, open public Wi-Fi like Starbucks) may block the camera's remote connection.

Lighting Interference: If the monitored room uses LED lighting, you may notice faint black bars in the live stream or recordings. This is a normal camera phenomenon caused by the rapid, invisible flickering of standard LED bulbs.
