Shipping & Returns

Your order may be shipped via UPS Ground or any available USPS shipping method up to Priority Mail. A signature will be required for any delivery to a home or business. If you require delivery without a signature you must contact us via phone or email and advise us of this preference. If delivery without signature verification is requested please note that Spy Geeks, LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping will be according to weight and size of the box. Important Shipping Information For US Customers

Some items may require assembly before they can ship. We will make every attempt to ship within 24 hours of your order, however items that are assembled to order may ship up to 72 hours after an order is placed. Please be advised that if you select Overnight, 2nd Day or Priority Mail shipping your order will ship via the selected method once it has been assembled. Items not requiring assembly will ship the next business day.

We normally ship by UPS, but have also utilized the Postal Service for customers with PO Box addresses. Because the US Postal Service has failed to honor valid insurance claims for lost shipments, some as large as $2,100.00, we ask that you use a physical address that is deliverable by UPS or FedEx.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but the poor business practices of the US Postal Service have made this necessary. If a customer requires the use of a PO Box for delivery, please be aware that lost shipments will result in at least a 30 day delay before the reshipment of an order can be made.
